How do I book an appointment?

Clients can call directly to book an assessment, or follow up appointment. You can also book online through the portal. No doctors referral is required.

What should I expect when I come?

Your therapist will email you two electronic registration forms prior to your first session to complete online.For your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.  You can wait in a comfortable waiting area until your therapist comes out to greet you. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and the first session helps to better understand what brought you to therapy, discusses what you'd like to see improve by setting some goals, and a general get-to-know you. At the end of the session your therapist will discuss with you if you'd like to book another session.

How much does it cost?

All sessions are 50 minutes and $140 per session, They are payable by debit, cash, credit card or Email Money Transfer (EMT). Payment is due at the end of each session, unless monthly payments are previously arranged. Receipts are provided to submit to your extended health benefit plans. We do not provide direct billing. Please inquire before booking if your benefits cover a Registered Social Worker.

How many sessions will I need? How often do I come?

You and your therapist will make a plan for how frequently you would like to meet. Some people attend for a few sessions until they feel they've made the changes they want, and others attend longer based on their needs. Our approach is solution-focused, meaning that when you feel that you've met your goals, or feel content with how things in life are going, often therapy is put on pause, or stops until if/when you feel you want to come back again.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Thursdays 9:00am to 3:00pm
